Welcome to The Corner Classroom. By accessing our website, enrolling in our classes, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Services

The Corner Classroom provides live online educational services for children aged 4–18. Our services include language instruction, academic support, and skills-based learning delivered through online platforms.

All classes are conducted online using tools such as Google Meet and Google Classroom.

2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

  • Our services are intended for children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

  • By enrolling a child, the parent or guardian confirms they have the authority to do so

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided during registration

3. Class Structure

  • Classes are delivered as 1-hour live online sessions

  • Sessions may be conducted as small group or individual classes

  • Class schedules are provided in advance and follow UK & US friendly time zones

  • Recorded sessions may be made available for revision where applicable

4. Payments & Fees

  • All classes are paid services

  • Rates start from $7 per hour, depending on subject and level

  • Payments must be completed before a class is confirmed

  • Prices may be updated periodically; any changes will be communicated in advance

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If a parent needs to reschedule a class, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or missed classes may not be refundable

  • The Corner Classroom reserves the right to reschedule a class in cases of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., technical issues or teacher availability)

6. Use of Learning Platforms

We use third-party platforms including:

Parents agree to use these platforms responsibly. The Corner Classroom is not responsible for issues caused by internet connectivity or third-party platform outages.

7. Conduct & Participation

Parents and students agree to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior during classes

  • Avoid disruptive or inappropriate conduct

  • Follow class guidelines provided by educators

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to classes if behavior disrupts the learning environment.

8. Learning Outcomes

While we are committed to delivering high-quality education:

  • Individual learning progress may vary

  • We do not guarantee specific academic results

  • Success depends on attendance, participation, and home support

9. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, recordings, videos, and resources provided by The Corner Classroom are for personal educational use only.
They may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Corner Classroom shall not be held liable for:

  • Internet or technical disruptions

  • Third-party platform failures

  • Losses resulting from misuse of provided materials
